The CONDEV GC100 Charity Cycle event is an event held annually and organised by the Rotary Club of Parkwood.
The event was first run in 2010, each year raising money for charity. The feature event is the 100 km starting at the Luke Harrop Circuit in Runaway Bay, winding down the coastline up through the hills of the Hinterland – a challenging ride!
For the not so confident riders, there is a flat 50 km ride along the beautiful Gold Coast coastline to Robina and back to the Luke Harrop Circuit at Runaway Bay.
On behalf of Parkwood Rotary and CONDEV Constructions we are looking forward to welcoming you to the 2019 CONDEV GC100 Charity Bike event –
DO IT FOR CANCER!
The Sports Super Centre adjacent to the Luke Harrop Circuit has generously offered to provide simple accommodation in their lodges the night before the ride for $25pp. The Centre also has a gymnasium and an after ride recovery facility if required. The Runaway bay Mall is opposite, with several restaurants and a tavern, so why not make it a social night with other members of your group? The Centre is only a 5 minute ride from the start, so you get to sleep in a bit longer as well.
Arrive the day before and make it a social family weekend. To book, contact the Centre directly on (0)7 5500 9988 or go to their website at http://www.sportssupercentre.com.au
